The General Meeting of Shareholders is the supreme body of the Company and its decisions are binding for any other corporate bodies. The General Meeting may adopt any type of resolutions and appoint or dismiss any officers and employees of the Company. Both Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders may be held. Special General Meetings may also be held from time to time.
The remuneration system is based on quantitative and qualitative criteria defined by Banco S3 Mexico in order to identify positions that may materially affect the risk profile of the institution. For the purposes of this handbook, these positions are altogether referred to as “identified group”.
